Call us
The fastest way to a straight answer about whether a job is ours.
We answer the phone
Talk to a person, not a phone tree.
Call, text a photo, or use the quote form — whatever's easiest. Daniel or a teammate replies between jobs, Monday to Saturday.
Text a photo
Snap the wobbly rail or the dark step — two lines and a photo is plenty.

Most days we're out in homes — call first.
Two minutes saves ten
Before you call.
- A rough list of what needs doing, in any order
- A photo by text of anything hard to describe
- The address and the best time for a visit
- Who'll be home, and who's doing the booking
If your parent isn't sure they want anyone in: that's the most common first call we get. Many families start with a small, no-pressure job — and we're comfortable with "maybe."
Free, no pressure
Or send the job in writing.
Same-day callback with a flat price and a visit date — agreed before any work starts.
- Flat price approved by you first
- No call-out fee in our ten towns
- Photos + written recap after the visit
- Licensed, insured, background-checked
Kind hands, careful work— that's the whole business model.
Ready when you are.
Voicemail gets checked between jobs — we call back the same day.
