No surprises, start to finish
What happens after you call.
Whether you're in the next room or the next state, here's the whole shape of a visit — the same every time, for every family.
- 1
The first call or text.
Tell us what needs doing in your own words — a photo by text is perfect. We'll say honestly whether it's our kind of work and roughly when we can come.
- 2
A walkthrough and a flat quote.
We look at the job properly — what's behind the tile, what the rail fixes into — then name a price before any work starts. If it needs a specialist, you'll hear it then.
- 3
The unhurried visit.
We arrive when we said, introduce ourselves to your parent, cover the floors, and work steadily. If anything changes mid-job, work pauses until the price is re-agreed.
- 4
The walk-round and recap.
Every fix is tried together before we leave. The mess goes with us, our number is left in writing, and photos plus a short summary go to whoever booked the job.

To make the visit shorter
What's helpful to have ready.
- A rough list — any order, any handwriting
- Photos of anything hard to describe
- A thought about placement — left or right, one bar or two
- Clear access to the rooms we'll work in
- A word to your parent about who's coming and when
- Nothing else — seriously, that's the whole list
No call-out fee within our ten towns. If you decide not to go ahead after a quote, nothing is owed.
Quick answers
A few more questions.
What if the job turns out bigger than quoted?
Work stops and we re-agree the price before anything else. You can accept the new number or have us finish exactly what was quoted. Nobody gets ambushed by an invoice.
Can I be on speakerphone during the visit?
Yes — many out-of-state families join the opening conversation that way. We'll call when we arrive and again before we leave.
How far ahead are you booking?
Usually within a week, often sooner. Small urgent fixes sometimes fit into gaps the same week — leave the details on voicemail and we'll call back the same day.
Do you work with home health aides on site?
Happily. We'll coordinate around their schedule and keep the house calm while they're working.
Ready when you are.
One call starts it — and the first conversation costs nothing.
